Gary Arnold

Gary Arnold, the founder of Esterra Development, is a 35 year business executive and entrepreneur with a degree in accounting from Arizona State University. Gary has successfully managed companies within a Fortune 500 environment and has also started and sold several new businesses. Prior to starting his own company, Gary spent 15 years in technology related fields including managing a large division of Dynatech Corporation. As Division Executive, he profitably grew sales from $500 million to over $1 billion during his six year tenure. After Dynatech, Gary successfully started up in 1993 and sold in 2000 an Internet based transaction processing business to a Fortune 500 company. Gary’s early career was as a CPA with Price Waterhouse and as Corporate Controller and CFO with a public corporation.

After the sale of his business and a two-year contract with the acquiring company, Gary began a new career in commercial real estate by starting Esterra Development. Gary has effectively leveraged his business acumen and project management skills into a successful brokerage business and has now formed his own commercial real estate brokerage company.

Gary has also formed a development company (Esterra Development) which currently has four projects in various stages of development and construction:

  1. Mesa Commerce Center Flex Warehouse– 16,700 square foot office/warehouse space (Completed)
  2. Bell Mar Neighborhood Shopping Plaza– 72,500 square foot mixed use retail, restaurant, office development now under construction in Surprise, Arizona.
  3. The Luxian Scottsdale – three-acre compound ultra-high-end residential development on Camelback Road abutting the Phoenician Golf Course. Units will be sold on a fractional interest basis to high-end owner/users.
