Esterra Development Launches New Web Site Featuring Its Various Properties Throughout The Valley

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. (Dec. 10, 2007) – Esterra Development a fast-growing land acquisition and real estate development company, today announced the launch of its new Web site at www.esterradevelopment.com, which will showcase the firm’s commercial and residential developments in the Valley. The site’s initial function is to highlight the company’s flagship commercial property, Bell Mar, a 72,500-square foot, mixed-use retail, restaurant and office development, located at 11340 W. Bell Rd., near the Loop 101, in Surprise, Ariz.
“Our new Web site is going to chronicle the story of all Esterra Development properties as we proceed through the various phases of planning, development and marketing,” said Gary Arnold, Esterra Development founder and president. “We anticipate an exciting 2008 with the forthcoming procurement of new tenants at Bell Mar, and we look forward to being a vital part of the growth that continues to characterize the City of Surprise.”
Construction of Bell Mar began in February 2007 and has been tentatively scheduled to open in the fall of 2008. Esterra Development is also planning, managing and marketing two other concurrent projects, Luxian Scottsdale, a high-end vacation ownership community in the Camelback Corridor, and Aero Gateway, a commercial development located in Mesa, Ariz. near the newly-expanded Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport.
The new Esterra Development Web site prominently displays a map and architectural renderings of Bell Mar, along with visual layouts of the company’s other current and future real estate development projects throughout the Valley. The site also contains a new content management system that allows the Esterra Development staff to add new information on their own through templates that expedite updates for company transactions, project photos and media coverage.
"Now that our new Web site is live, we are moving forward with disseminating project updates, and will add new elements as our different ventures progress towards completion,” Arnold said. “We also will engage in long-term dialogue with prospective tenants and investors via our online information request form for business development and company news distribution.”
Another integral aspect of the company’s new site is its comprehensive online press room, complete with a press kit, consisting of a company overview, property fact sheets and executive biographies. The press room also includes the latest press releases for property developments and tenant news and samples of various print media coverage.
Bell Mar has been cited as the new standard in commercial and professional office space in Surprise, and will usher in a new era of retail activity for the eastern entry point into the city. With nearly 70,000 vehicles per day traveling past the Bell Mar site, it is considered one of the highest trafficked arterial roadways in Arizona. Archicon Architects designed the property and it is being constructed by Simmons Construction LLC. TAG Commercial LLC is the tenant broker and marketing agent for the plaza.
