Bell Mar Shopping Plaza to Announce Future Tenants

Developers of the Bell Mar Neighborhood Shopping Plaza at Bell Road and 114th Avenue are about a month away from announcing tenants.

Developer Gary Arnold said he expects to announce the addition of an independant day spa from Beverly Hills, two non-chain women's boutiques, a regional breakfast-and-lunch cafe chain, and medical and dental offices.

The Bell Mar project is a boutique shopping concept that will be decorated with three giant ship masts that most likely will be the first landmark people notice when driving into Surprise along Bell Road.
