The Luxian Scottsdale is a 3-acre ultra-high-end residential compound located on Camelback Road abutting the world-renowned 5-star resort. This development has been under intense evaluation and feasibility analysis since assembly one year ago. A detailed feasibility study was performed by Ragatz and Associates (the leading experts in this field). The study indicated that fractional luxury homes would be a major success in Scottsdale.
