Bell Mar is a 72,500 square foot mixed-use retail, restaurant, office development that is currently under construction in Surprise, Ariz. Bell Mar is located on Bell Road and Avenue of the Arts midway between Loop 101 and Grand Avenue. More than 75,000 vehicles per day travel past the Bell Mar site making it one of the highest trafficked arterial roadway in Arizona.

Bell Mar’s architecture was designed to convey an upscale elegance. This design will be a signature theme that the City of Surprise is asking surrounding developments to follow.
